I use OBS and record on my computer. I write out the topics for videos in a spreadsheet. In this case, I was mostly reviewing products. So I check the spreadsheet, grab the product, start recording in OBS, talk about the product for 1-5 minutes, and then upload the video directly to YouTube. Very simple.
