I’m Going to Review Every LaCroix Flavor

Prolific content. Sparkling water.

I’ve long been inspired by Matt Farley at Motern Media, who is one of the most prolific human beings on the planet.

I’ve recently been especially inspired by Matt’s project to release an album about every state in the USA. He’s been diving headlong into the project in 2021, and every day on his Twitter I see songs about places like Decatur, Alabama and Augusta, Maine (as well as liberal R.E.M references).

I also consider myself a very prolific creator. I don’t sing on the Internet (yet). But I do make product videos — hundreds and hundreds of them — on platforms like YouTube and Amazon Influencer. While I make them (and generally, while I do most things) I drink LaCroix water.

Therefore, in 2021 I’ve decided to make a video review of every flavor of LaCroix water. Why? Because again, I like LaCroix water. And also, every product deserves a review — just like every city deserves a song.

As Matt has often said, people assume the creative process is something mystical and mysterious. It’s not. In many cases, it’s just about doing the work. The same applies to other creative pursuits, like making YouTube videos. Lots of people assume that you have to rent a studio, learn complex software, write a script, etc. to make a good, helpful YouTube video. You don’t. Often it’s as simple as picking up your phone and talking for a bit about something that you like or care about.

In that spirit, here’s a list of all the LaCroix flavors currently made (let me know if I missed any).

I’ll update this page to link each one out to a video review as I make them.

  • Lemon
  • Lime
  • Orange
  • Passion Fruit
  • Apricot
