That’s fine if the model was simply showing historical imagery. And I agree that we shouldn’t censor history. But this model is creating new images that are based on the older antisemitic images on which it’s trained. It’s therefore perpetuating those stereotypes and projecting them into the future, not just showing the bigoted images from the past.

Also, these images aren’t funny. They reflect the kinds of racist tropes that have been used against Jews for centuries, often violently.
