For over 7 months now, I’ve worked with an amazing group of volunteers to plan the 2021 conference for my industry’s trade group, the Digital Media Licensing Association (DMLA). The DMLA represents the media licensing industry, including major players like Getty Images, Shutterstock, Adobe, CNN, and many more.

My colleagues have worked together — within our industry and beyond — to explore some remarkable and groundbreaking topics. We’ve delved into everything from NFTs, to synthetic content, to diversity and inclusion, to the CASE act, to the creator economy, exploring how these emerging or rapidly-changing fields will impact the world.

On October 25–28th, it all comes to fruition during our 2021 annual conference, a four-day event that packs in a huge amount of education, exciting announcements, and networking. Last year, almost 300 leaders from across the media industry attended the (all virtual) event, and this year promises to bring out a similarly large and engaged crowd.

If you’re a creative, an agency owner, or someone involved in media licensing in any way, you should join us for the 2021 annual conference. Here’s just a taste of some of the topics we’ll be covering at the 2021 event.
