As my reach on Medium has grown, I’ve received an increasing number of requests for reprints of my articles.

To simplify these requests — and to be transparent about how I handle reprints — here is a breakdown of my standard reprint fees by article type.

Tech Briefs, Updates, Announcements, Etc

• Standard reprint fee: $20
• Brief articles covering news items, updates about new tech products, brief analysis of industry topics, Covid-19 updates and perspectives, etc.
• Generally 500 words or less
• Generally receive 100–500 views on Medium

Targeted Articles

• Standard reprint fee: $150
• In-depth articles with research, interviews, and original sources, covering targeted industry topics, breaking events, etc. with extensive analysis, often with original…
